Reporting a wrong or stale fact

These are the messages we most want. A stale eligibility rule or a dead booking path here can send somebody to a front desk expecting a rate that no longer exists, so corrections go to the top of the pile.

To let us act quickly, please include:

• The page — the URL you were looking at.
• What it says, and what it should say.
• The chain's own source, if you have it. We only publish facts we can read from the chain's own pages, so a link to the chain's rate page or FAQ is what lets us make the change immediately.

Requesting a chain

Tell us which chain is missing and we will look for its published policy. Some are absent deliberately: a chain that publishes no government or military program gets documented as exactly that, and a chain whose policy we cannot read from its own materials gets a gap rather than a guess. If you know where a chain publishes its program, that is genuinely useful.
