These are the messages we most want. A stale eligibility rule or a dead booking path here can send somebody to a front desk expecting a rate that no longer exists, so corrections go to the top of the pile.
To let us act quickly, please include:
Tell us which chain is missing and we will look for its published policy. Some are absent deliberately: a chain that publishes no government or military program gets documented as exactly that, and a chain whose policy we cannot read from its own materials gets a gap rather than a guess. If you know where a chain publishes its program, that is genuinely useful.
We can correct a fact on a page, explain how something on the site works, add a chain we don't yet cover, or point you to the primary source behind a claim. Those are the messages that make the site better, and they get a reply from the person who maintains it — usually within a few business days.
What we can't do is act as any hotel chain, as GSA, or as your agency. We can't book a room, apply a rate to a reservation, confirm whether a specific property will honor a rate on your dates, authorize official travel, or tell you what your employer will reimburse. Those decisions belong to the hotel, the front desk and your travel office, and we have no access to any of them. If that's really your question, the fastest answer is the chain's own reservations line or your agency's travel office — and we'll say so rather than guess.
